Pilot

Welcome, new friends!

Allow me to introduce myself. I am in my first year of college here in the beautiful and stylish state of California.  Coming from private school uniforms since I can remember, the blessing of "free dress" at my University is a breath of fresh air!  However, it did not take too long for me to notice that there are plenty of people that abuse this wonderful gift.  My roommate has a knack for piecing together outfits and a keen eye when it comes to guys' do's and don'ts. Working in retail, dressing guys was more or less her specialty, she is more than qualified to write the male counterpart of this blog, and including her two cents for the ladies as well. So the two of us took it upon ourselves to create a guide of sorts for students that might be on a budget but would like to stay fashion forward in and out of the classroom.  Guys and girls, student athletes to book worms, we've got you covered in a matter of clicks.  Our goal is to give you an easy go-to to get you through your four years looking spectacular every day, with little amounts of effort on your part.  Even if that is not your case, feel free to read and take from our posts what you would like!  We will give advice based on our own observations around campus, give tips, and share exciting (and of course budget friendly) finds with you, hopefully each week!  We will strive to give praise where it is due, but also point out mistakes that all us college students might be making with our wardrobes.  We are figuring it out day by day, so we look forward to learning with you all!  Knowing myself, I am fairly sure that the format of the posts will change quite often, so take a deep breath, and let's get started, shall we? :)
Before we go any further, we would like to get one thing clear: we are all about individuality.  Everyone is unique and that is one of the raddest things about life, these posts are merely suggestions.  The goal here is to give anyone in need of a little bit of help some inspiration, perhaps even just some basic ideas, so that we can all be the most fabulous versions of ourselves.  This is not a map that you must follow, only a list of suggested routes that you can use as you please.  Enjoy!
xx,
